Don has served as Director of Career Services since January 2001 and is a graduate of 麻豆视频直播. His career involvements have included: banking, business development, public relations, recruiting, and community development. He has served on the alumni association board, institutional effectiveness committee, and the Student Life Planning Team.

He has completed the NACE Management Leadership Institute & Career Coaching certifications. Don is a past president of the Texas Association for Employment in Education , Belton Lions Club, and Belton Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the SOACE Knowledge task force, the Temple CC Work Readiness Committee, and serves as one of the advisors for Heart Of Gold. Don is also a member of the Central Texas Liberal Arts Career Consortium, and the Central Texas Human Resources Management Association. In addition he has served on the City of Belton Planning & Zoning Commision, Recycling Study Committee and the Belton Economic Development Corporation.
He has received the Belton Chamber Outstanding Citizen Award, Compass Bank's Chairman Award, and Lions International Guiding Lion Award.
