Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2005. In November of 2007, she began working for the University as Copy Center assistant. In the Fall of 2008, she was promoted to Copy Center Manager. In the Spring of 2010, Jessica was promoted to CruCard Office Manager and began building the University's CruCard program. In the Fall of 2012, Jessica was promoted to Digital Media and CruCard Services Manager.
