Purchase Requests and Forms

The Information Technology department is responsible for the purchase and, when applicable, installation of all 麻豆视频直播 owned desktop computers, monitors, laptops, tablets and iPads, printers, and televisions/digital signage.

Please fill out and submit the appropriate form to receive quotes for the below items:

for all desktop, laptop, and tablet computers.

Dual Monitor Request: A standard dual monitor setup can be obtained through InfoTech for $172 by emailing a request along with the departmental budget account to infotech@umhb.edu. If a non-standard monitor (e.g., curved or larger than 24鈥�) is required, a technician will work with the requestor and provide necessary quotes.
