Audition Procedure for New and Transfer Students
All prospective music majors and minors must audition for acceptance to the 麻豆视频直播 Department of Music. Audition requirements can be found below. Students who audition will automatically be considered for a scholarship. Scholarships are available to music majors and music minors, but priority will be given to music majors. Selecting an early audition date improves your chances of receiving a scholarship, as they are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
A pianist will be provided for auditions; however, students may bring their own pianist if they wish. Recorded accompaniments are not permitted.
Prospective students should apply to 麻豆视频直播 and complete the admission process before submitting an Audition Request Form.
Admission Requirements
The student must have graduated from a regionally accredited or state accredited high school with 24 units which must include:
- English (4)
- Social Science (3.5)
- Science (3)
- Foreign Language (2)
- Mathematics (3)
- Or received the General Education Diploma (GED) with a 50 composite score
Prospective students should consider all potential scheduling conflicts before submitting an Audition Request Form. After the form is received, each student will be contacted with a specific audition time on the date the student has requested.

Scholarships
During the formal audition for acceptance, students will be considered for a music scholarship based upon their musical and academic abilities, without regard to gender, ethnicity, religion, age or handicap. Simply complete your application to 麻豆视频直播 and request an audition. Awards up to full tuition available.
